Fit and healthy through the cold season – The editorial staff of SPAworld is testing the SPA set from SPIROYAL for one year!

For about a year the SPAworld team has been testing the SPIROYAL vitalizers and we are thrilled. With a small expenditure of time (21 minutes per session) and without going outside for air, the Spirovitalization makes us feel full of energy and we sleep better. We also feel that our immune system is strengthened and we are therefore well prepared for the coming winter.
How exactly does that work?
The AvantGarde vitalizer from SPIROYAL creates a special living breathing air based on nature. The Spiroyal technique uses a method based on natural photosynthesis – similar to the energy of healthy forest air – to put the breathing atmosphere into a permanently active, high-energy and thus bioavailable state. This state is perfectly optimized for the human cell, as has been known for millions of years. The body is thus able to better metabolise the breath atmosphere. The result: more energy. Spirovitalization: effective against oxidative stress
But why is spirovitalization so effective in supporting the immune system and getting through the day vital and fit? Because this completely new breathing air supplement minimizes oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is a disproportion between the formation and breakdown of free radicals. These are highly reactive, aggressive oxygen compounds (ROS) that attack and damage healthy cells. The pleasant and at the same time relaxing everyday break at the AvantGarde lasts just 21 minutes and often we simply take in the vitalized air at work with light breathing glasses without having to interrupt our work. While the new energy unfolds from head to toe, you can lean back, relax and let the integrated color light therapy work on you. A pleasant short break from everyday office life! Spirovitalization can also be ideally combined with other methods and integrated into everyday life, as at least three applications per week are recommended. However, daily use is ideal.
The extra energy source Stream HS in turn supplies a localized and targeted supply to the area to be treated. This is useful, for example, if you suffer from joint problems or migraines – two symptoms that can occur especially in winter. We use it, for example, for headaches or emerging lack of concentration, for example, during office work. One feels immediately more relaxed, calmer and users tell us again and again that a certain calmness would return, which is the reason for its use especially in cases of stress, burnout or slight depression.
